CONGRATULATIONS on an outstanding season and WELCOME to the 2008 Super Series National Championship – 14U & 12U American Divisions. Your tournament host will be the Town of Collierville and Collierville Youth Athletic Association. It is our goal to create an experience that the players, coaches and families will remember for a lifetime.  Below you will find information on Check-In and Tournament Passes.

Friday, July 11th          12:00pm – 5:00pm         First come, first served     

Saturday, July 12th     8:00am – 12:00pm         Assigned times

- If you are checking in on Saturday, you are assigned a time and table for team check-in.  If checking in on Friday, no time is necessary.

- Please be at the Center 15 minutes prior to check-in.  It should go quickly if you have things in order as described.

- Have you birth certificates in the same order as the players listed on the roster.  Placing them in a three ring binder is very helpful.

-All players MUST be present at check-in.  Any player not present at team check-in must be noted.  Player is ineligible for participation until approval by tournament director.

-The coach will report to the assigned table at the assigned time with all players. Coach will stay at the table to check team credentials, players will be pulled to the side for interview process.

BRING the following to Check-In:

1.  Have either Super Series Insurance or your policy must name Super Series Baseball as additionally insured)

2.  2 Copies of Super Series Team Roster / Registration
Make sure you have a current roster/registration certificate.  All player additions must be made through the Online Roster Control Center in advance of check-in.  No additions will be permitted at check-in.  No handwritten additions to your roster will be accepted.  You must turn in only clean, printed copies obtained through the Roster Control Center.

3.  Copy of all player State Birth Certificates
You will have to turn in a complete set of birth certificate copies at check-in.  

4.  Original State Birth Certificates
Coaches will also have to show an original state birth certificate, state issued ID, driver's license, visa, or an original state or federal document attesting to the age for each player (Hospital certificates are not acceptable)

5.  Copy of your National Entry Form

In the event Player Identity is Questioned:

Super Series wishes to insure fairness.  If the identity of a player is questioned, we will ask to see the original Social Security card for any player 15 years of age or younger.  For players 16 and older, a driver's license with photo will be required.
